My teeth are sound but very ugly what can I do about it?

My friend said teeth whitening is dangerous, are they right?
The whitening gel we use is well tested, well controlled and treatment provided by specifically trained dental professionals.
However, there has been a large number of people receiving badly burned mouths, gums and lips from DIY kits bought online or over-the-counter. Some of these kits have high concentrations of the bleaching agent, are less well-controlled, and without supervision by a specialist, the result can be unpredictable.
If you intend to use a kit like this, please speak to us first - these kits may contain high strength chemicals and are certainly not suitable for everybody.
